****COUNTDOWN TO MY 44TH BIRTHDAY CONTINUES***WOO-FREAKIN'-HOO, 4 MORE DAYS TO GO!!! *****

First, I want to start with another song by "Sick Puppies"... cause it's my mission to get each and everyone of you listening to them! Their CD "dressed up as life" is the single best CD I bought in 2007, just ask my friend lilli how well this group ROCKS:



Alright, now that I've got that out of my system for today, I feel so much better!!

Don't let the date on this fool you.... It's NEW YEAR'S DAY today, and all I have to say is thank freakin' god for blueberry pancakes and lots and lots of sugary Chai tea!! Nothin' in the world better to soak up all that alcohol that we love to mix sometimes when our better judgement gets checked at the door! I actually had a milestone event last night in my New Years Celebration.... that being having my 19 year old daughter be my designated driver so that I could go out and drink way too much at my buddy from work's house, and make it home safe and sound. Special thanks to my great kid for keeping me out of trouble last night....not only did she do a great job being my DD, she also did a fabulous job opening all of my "bitch beers" when I couldn't find the bottle opener! What a kid Honestly, with mixing all the "bitch beers" that I had picked up for myself in hopes of a mellow New Years, and all the shots of Jose Cuervo that I ended up drinking, and then throwing in the blackberry rum cordials and strawberry margarita, too, I'm probably lucky that I didn't I really should feel much worse today than I do!! Fortunately, I was able to sleep in until 9:30am this morning and just ask my good friend Pheme what a big deal that is, since she's often fond of asking me if I have to get up with the Mountains since I live in Mountain time For me to sleep in until 9:30 is like most of you sleeping until dinnertime! I am a Geezer and all

So, after much careful consideration I've decided to continue to edit the same blog until my birthday finally rolls around on Sunday the 6th, instead of starting a new one when I want to update my mad ramblings. Why, you say?? I want to keep all your birthday within the same entry....You guys have just blown me away with all the birthday best wishes here on my blog, and in my PM's , and I just wanted to say how much I've appreciated it. You all are the very best, and I'm so grateful to have met such a wonderful, supportive group of friends here on SG....Oh, wait...for a minute I was channeling Frankus!! Srsly though, I really do loves you all, and have been so appreciative of all of the support I've received on my Quest to go PINK at the ripe ole' age of 43...uh, make that 44....and also for how great you all have been at keeping me busy and making me feel better while my honey's been on the road this last week or so. *Spanks*

AND...just in case you wanted to know...it's now officially been OVER A WEEK since I've been laid, which for me is like a freakin' lifetime I am counting the minutes until my honey Flashmo makes it home on Friday night....he's SO going to get it when he makes it home!! I know he'll be tired after the long trip and all....therefore he can sleep all day long Saturday if need be to recuperate from the travel and the crazy SEXIN' he's gonna get when he gets home

My first two New Year's goals for today are to take my tree down this afternoon, finally! Oh, and I'm really, really wanting to make it by each and every one of your blogs so that I could wish you all a Happy New Years! I'm hoping that 2008 brings you and your families only the very best...and that the year is full of lots and lots of love and laughter, too!!

So, who's coming to Pocatello to help me celebrate, anyways???? Dammit, time to cash in your frequent flyer miles, and come on down!! I think we can all fit into the titty bar I've been blogging about in the past, perhaps I just need to make a reservation!!

It is NEW YEAR'S EVE EVERYBODY!!! HAPPY FREAKIN' NEW YEARS TO YOU ALL I really wanted to take a moment to say how much I you all, and also to say THANKS for all of your support on a variety of topics these last couple of months. I'm grateful to have met so many wonderful, strong and amazing women here....and some of my Geezer Guy friends are pretty amazing as well!

I really wanted to start a brand spanking new blog for tonight so that I could wish you all Happy New Years all properly... but I'm already running late this afternoon, and I promised my kids I'd get a move on so that we could start our big adventure for tonight My honey Flashmo is still in Texas, so it's my kids to the rescue! We're actually heading to a friend's house for an all ages New Years party...drinks for the adults, grub for all, and a little gambling to bring in the New Year! It's not quit a night at the Club 91 with my baby, but it's going to be a fun night all the same. OOOOOHHHH!! Did I say "all the same"??? Reminds me, I still have the You Tube video up for the Sick Puppies "All the Same" Free Hugs Campaign on here. Take a minute and check it out if you've not seen this video, it will give you goosebumps, and has been known to bring a tear to the eye of those who watch it for the first time. Something about his infectious belief in the power of a hug, and just see how it spreads....

Yesterday I promised you that I'd be back with a few parting thoughts on the the "shit-storm" that became of a couple of threads that I posted here Friday before I left for work....before I do that though, I'd like to post a video of a "Sick Puppies" song that might best illustrate who I really am, and what I'm all about:






I'm kinda like that guy... I believe in the power of good intentions, and that's really all that I'd had in mind when I posted the threads regarding who might like to see more 30+ SG's. Honestly, it never ocurred to me in a million years that I would have offended so many people with my threads! That's just really not who I am...

The threads were really only intended to start an honest and open debate on the possibility of including more 30+ aged models here on SG, as there are some members here who would really like the opportunity to see more models representative of their own age group here on SG. This topic has been discussed freely and somewhat ad nauseum on the Geezers Group board for the last several months, and I honestly don't believe that anyone there had wished to see more 30+SG's as a slight to younger SG's, or to imply that any of the current younger SG's that we have are somehow lesser because of their age.... I think we can all agree that all 1500+ SG's are freakin' gorgeous, or they wouldn't be one, you know? We loves you all, and never meant offense by the suggestion that age diversity might be nice thing to have.

My intentions were only the very best. I admire strong, beautiful, alternative SG's such as Nixon, Sunshine, Thora, LizaRose, Annisa, Tigerlily, Blyss and all of the others I have been inspired as a Hopeful by what you bring to the site, and hope to someday be amazing enough to be amongst your ranks! The threads were meant as a celebration of women of your (our) age, because I believe that there is no expiration date on sexiness and desirability...or any of the other qualities that make-up an SG! I for one, did not even find my own "inner-SG" until I was about 37, and from my time spent in the Geezers Group, I've learned that there are alot of women who are kind of the same way...not having really discovered all of the strengths and unique qualities that we possess until a little later in life. Maybe we are late bloomers, I dunno

Anyway, I am so happy to see that the moderators were able to edit that one word that seemed to have offended so many out of the title of my thread I am grateful to my good friend Bushka for having thought of suggesting it, and to Rush for paving the way for her. I'm hoping to move forward from this point, and I'm thrilled to see the thread having turned into more of what it was intended to do...just wanted to see how other members who are not members of the Geezers Group felt about the idea, and it's been great to see the response.

OK, on to the important things in life!!

My honey Flashmo has been gone since last Wednesday....and I miss him so!! He's been away for work after recently receiving an incredible opportunity with a new company, and I'm doing my best to be patient and supportive of his need to be away. It's not always easy, but I really do know that it's the right thing for us to do for now. That being said, it's Sunday.... which is always my favorite morning for a little morning sex, and that leaves me no choice but to find some time today away from my kids so that I am able to take some nekkid self-shots to post here for him! So, those of you who enjoy seeing me nekkid....stay tuned for a later edit of my blog

You know, I know I've rambled on and on about what a lucky woman that I am to have such a great guy as my honey, and I'm grateful to all of you who read this blog of mine and comment on it regularly... this traveling thing is going to have to be the way that it is for a little while, so I'm hoping that you all will help keep me company while he's got to be away It helps SO much to have such a wonderful group of friends as you all, especially my good friends Lilli, and Pheme and Pisces101 and Bushka. Thanks for your support, and your loves! Of course, there's that awesome group of chattin' Geezers to thank as well... you guys have helped me more than you know this last weekend while my honey's been away! Thanks for keepin' me busy, and out of trouble while Flashmo is in Texas.

So, I promised a special someone some pictures from home tonight, and I think I've FINALLY gotten the best in my battle to get these ready and posted for my honey Flashmo!!

OMFG....it was SO cold this morning when it was time to take our beloved boxer dog Flash for a walk. This is what you have to dress like when it is in the single digits to walk a dog, just in case you were wondering Can you tell I had a rough night last night??



Of course, my boxer wanted to get in on the dressin' up action, too!



Normally, he really hates that thing, but was pretty glad to have it on today

AND....

In honor of today's blog, it seemed like the appropriate time to post my first picture with my brand new Geezer glasses on.... first pair for me ever!



I also wanted to show off my new camo bikini, and post some pics for my honey while he's away, too!



You'd be amazed at how hard it is to find a way to take nekkid pictures when you have two kids home all day long..... Didn't think they'd ever leave!
