Unemployement is starting to get to me. I figured it'd be a week or so before I totally started to get bored. I can only work on so much music, I can only clean the house so many times, I can only plant so much in the garden, hopefully I can begin to start doing something besides sitting here reading, downloading a ridiculous amount of metal albums that I don't have on CD, basically because I'd never listen to them if I owned them (justifying the downloads), and the CD collections is getting a little on the too large size. I need to put together a mix for a buddy of mine whose jumping out of a plane on Saturday. He's doing this for a Chron's disease foundation and got like 500.00 in pledges to do this. The funny thing about it is that he's legally blind..anyway..I figured some Van Halen would work for this, and as one thing leads to another, I am currently putting together a hair metal VH1 Classic type of comp. Heading into NYC to catch Built to Spill and Mike Johnson this evening...should be good...need more coffee...later
