I was determined not to change my "blog" (hardy har har) until Halloween but dammit - i just had to. I feel so culturally illiterate - I feel so behind the times - I feel so, so FOOLISH.

I have no cable. I usually feel that things folks love on the tee vee are terrifically lame - but this... this has changed my world view.

Last night I was a bit ill and rented and watched every available episode of this. my life will never be the same.

I believe Margot_Dent tried to turn me onto this some time ago. I shall never, ever falter in following up on a recommendation of hers again.
