Ok, so felt like crap and slept through the appraiser knocking at my door. Had a crazy - busy day at work and I didn't get to accomplish important things I needed to accomplish. I need to do major cleaning and laundry and I'm going to drink and dance and clean for a while. Stupid day... I was late today, too - of course. Figures.
