My car got totalled as everyone already knows. Heres the writeup on the accident report.
Driver 1 was traveling north on Rt 6493. He stated a deer was in the roadway. Driver 1 stated he swerved right to avoid the deer and struck the parked cars. I spoke to driver 1 who initally said he wasnt driving. At the time of our first discussion driver 1 appeared intoxicated. I then spoke to him later that morning (page2) at which time he confessed to being the driver. He stated he over steered while attempting to avoid the deer. They then hit the rear left of veh2 (my car) and pushed it further off the shoulder. They then hit veh3 on the rear left and came to rest at a 90 degree angle paallel to Rt. 6493. Speed and alcohol seem to have contributed to this accident.
A cop friend of mine told me they locked both the driver and the owner of the car/passanger up. Him for hit and run and her for disorderly conduct.
