Today's breakfast was a Caribbean-style Latino breakfast stuff. It makes sense.

It was good though and the conversions were very nice.

This is an old West Indian sandwich memory. When I was a kid my Mom taught me how to make it and then my Dad taught me how to make it good. Seasoning is a must.
