I'm feeling thick around the middle, a la humpty dumpty. I dont know if im pre-menstural or if the last three weeks of eating crappy food (I always seek comfort in food, especially when I dont feel well) is finally catching up with me. Times like this I think about getting a gym membership again, buying some healthier food. I feel sorta.....eh....sluggish. Not fat, just kinda mentally dull and bloaded. I can tell I need to get back in the habit of eating good, organic, norishing foods. I felt this way over the holiday season (dont we all?). The moment I ate a piece of live food I instantly felt better. I ever looked better. It's funny how easily you can slip back into a self destructive pattern, like over eating truley is........
