A shocking turn of events: I am beginning to enjoy my telemarketing job. This is the third day in a row I have broken commission and the second day in a row I've made over $10.00 an hour.
Another bonus is I've made a new friend at this job. Mr. Ben Crosby. He is the guy who trained me, and he apparently he comes from the Land of Coincidences because he was friends with one Clayton Scrivner in middle school. He is by far the coolest married Mormon I have ever met. All we do all day, aside from actually working, is talk about indie rock and asphyxiate ourselves laughing at each other's jokes.
"Eat your tears, Mr. Crosby! Eat your tears!"
And to think I was dreading going in on Monday.
Three weeks since I've had my last cigarette.
One more month (roughly) until I can afford a new computer.
Six more weeks until I can quit the Pie.
