Not much of an update or anything, but I did say I'd update once a month and I'm a man of my word if nothing else.
I've been listening to the new Iron Maiden album continuously since I got it. A Matter of Life and Death is just a godly album. Surely the band is nothing like they were 20 years ago, but i don't...

I think I'll go with the once-a-month journal entry, that seems reasonable to me.
And since at least one person might read it, well that's all that matters.
I hung out with some friends this weekend after what seems like an eternity. I am so busy with work that my free time is cut to a bare minimum. We hung out and drank a little,...

I know what that is like. My social life is almost zilch these days. The good thing is that I think it makes the few times I do go out that much more memorable.
What you said makes perfect sense. Although if I waited for something update worthy I would never update.
So what is the hookah thing like? I've been curious about trying it, even though I don't really smoke...anything.

Am I lazy because I don't update? Or, am I perhaps smart because I see the inevitability of things, which is to say that nobody will read this post, as I have no friends, so why bother making it in the first place?
Will you be my friend?
Come on....I got G.I. Joes we can play with.

I read it.
If you change your mind about wanting to be friends let me know.
I don't like Gi Joes much but that mythology risk game sounds cool.

Wow, you update about as infrequently as I do.
The evil monkey rules you.

Journal entry.
So apparently I managed to set up a profile...hooray I have slunk out of the shadows of anonymity and into the glorious light of slightly less anonymity...seems a bit anti-climatic to be honest.
Oh well, such is life.

I can't imagine getting less than 8 hours sleep on a regular basis. I would die. I do have a friend (thejuanupsman) that seems to function quite well on 4 hours. And he can go from a deep sleep to wide awake without any grogginess. It makes me ill just thinking about it.
Me, I need 9-10 hours and then I have to have several cups of strong coffee before I am remotely functional. Thank god I kind of make my own hours.
