How are you all making your turkeys? I love to dry brine mine!
Just rub some salt all over the unfrozen/washed/patted turkey two days in advance. Wrap and put in fridge. After 24 hours uncover and place back in fridge for another 24 hours.
Roast in oven and enjoy!!! This makes a super crispy skin with a crazy moist meat š¤š¤
