Hey everyone ! First I want to thank you all for your love and comments on my last set, I'm super proud of it, I was glad to have the chance to work with @Cersei so it's a pleasure to see that you like it too :)
At first, I didn't want to write this blog, but now it's been a long time that I live this way, so I wanted to share thsi with you since it's important to me. I've always been into sports, espacially dancing (more than 10 years, pretty high level). But I hurt my knee and stopped everything.
Then student life began with parties and everything, and I didn't like my body. I left town and started fitness and musculation. Step, dance, climbing, boxing... This is when I decided to create a professional projet in sports. So now I'm training really hard to be a coach.
And yes, bodybuilding is part of it, but not everything. It's a real lifestyle. Eating, training, sleeping... It's alla about sacrifice, but also health. I haven't been sick or injured in a long time now. And thanks to that, I feel better, I live better, I'm just happier.
