I made piroshkys yesterday. They're big Russian pastries filled with whatever you want. I first had 'em with an exgirlfriend in Seattle, near Pike Place Market, and have been looking for a recipe since. Mine? Broccoli, onion, potato, cheese, red bell peppers and spinach. Awesome.
