I seem to always update on Tuesdays. Weird.

Anyhow, week two of school. Yay. Started doing research today, lots of mixing of chemicals, lots of stirring, lots of weighing, some ice, and a little NMR. It is a little lonely being in the lab all alone. There is one other boy, but I think he is going to be leaving soon after he updates me with their progress so far. Start doing a little research in geology as well tomorrow. Hey, maybe grad schools will think I am less of a loser with all this lab research. Hmmm, probably not.

I ordered a XM radio thingy a while ago from my work. It was back ordered forever it seems, but it is finally on its way! I can't wait to get it hooked up. Sirius has more NPR stations (which I love!) but it didn't have a decent punk channel. XM on the other hand has a pretty great one. And both sirius and XM have Air America, so I went with XM. Why the hell did I just ramble on about that? Anyway, suffice to say that I am excited!

I feel like I have no free time anymore. I love all the things I am doing as far as work, research, and school, but I am just hoping I don't get burned out. Somedays it feels like I get up early and go, go, go, just to get home do some homework, maybe eat, and go to sleep so that I can do it all over again the next day. I'm not complaining, just a little overwhelmed.
