Shit got cool. (Sometimes I astound myself with my incomparable eloquence. )
Still nothing concrete on the upcoming professional situation, but I'm not stressed. (yet.)
After all of my years of using computers, I've finally realized that I can type without looking at the keyboard. Please forgive the sudden disposition to typos that I might display. I'm just excited about my newfound talent and am it abusing at a rapid pace.
I've had two new additions to my family. My boyfriend adopted two kittens on my behalf in honor of my birthday. My initial reluctance to my newfound responsibilities has quickly evaporated into the joy of pseudo-motherhood. My little rescue brothers are all black. One has a crooked tail in the shape of a question mark. I'm madly in love. I'm surprised that as a lifelong dog lover I shifted so quickly to the feline persuasion.
They're fuzzy and cuddly, and make my often lonely house feel like a home. Check 'em out!
Me and my little buddies:
Two of the men in my life:
In an unprecedented showing, SG Vegas got themselves together for a Boozing Bowling Birthday Bash in observation of Morningbloom, Egon, and My entrance to the planet. I was too busy haphazardly tossing balls down the lane to be of much use behind the camera, but here are a few precious moments that I digitally captured:
Here are mrblisters, Timer, Emelaeth, Thirst4ale, and Stummy in the middle.
Next, we have birthday boy Egon (Today is his actual b-day, wish him well if you have a moment), Me, and Mercy representing Long John Silvers with style.
I'm too lazy to enter all the screen names, but here are a bunch of friendly Las Vegans at the Office Bar, post bowling.
*Yawn*... My boyfriend is about to head off to work and 8am seems like a good time to try and get to sleep. I hope all is well.
Send a little love to Morningbloom and Fstop if you think about it. They're new to Sin City and received their welcome to my beloved city in the form of robbery. Someone fucked up their car and stole their stereo right before they left to attend Morningbloom's b-day party. I hope meeting some of the fabulous SGVegas folks will soften the negative light that LV has painted itself in for you guys. *hugs*
