Well, I lost the bid. I contacted the guy who was selling it. I told him we were only beat by $100. If the sale falls through to please call us, we are still interested. He said he needs to give the buyer a week and if we don't hear from him by then to give him a call...

So, there is a small bit of hope left... but not much at all...

And I was so hopefull... My MIL agreed to lend us the money with only 10 minutes left on the auction... I thought it was a good sign that we might get it. But we where out bid with only a few seconds left in the auction.
