vacaville, holy shit. do you know mariah? well that is a stupid question. um, yes, sigh, credit rating. i have to have a home phone so i can have DSL. thank you for the suggestions though, i love when people seem genuinely interested in my stupid little life.
i think in customer service a lot of times people really don't think they are allowed to do something, and they will get in trouble but a manager wouldn't. like, maybe she just didn't have the authority but the manager did.
