I've been wanting a giant malagasy hognose snake for a long time. I remembered seeing one about a year ago, while I was buying my blood python, and a (not too near-by) reptile store. The store was really crappy and the people who worked there were asses, so I decided not to get my python there, and never to shop there again. I kept thinking of that Malagasy hognose though..... I held her for a moment, and I really like her, but I didn't want to buy a wild-caught snake.... I've had bad luck with sick snakes in the past.

While looking for a captive bred Giant Malagasy Hognose Snake online, nearly a year later (I still have yet to find a single CB one for sale, ever) I happened upon an add on the internet for that very same snake. She had been stuck at that terrible pet store for over a year, with nobody buying her.

I decided she needed me to rescure her. Now she's at home with me, all cozey and warm.

I'm already in love with her....
