It's been a bit, hasn't it?
Well, my computer took a shit and refuses to work, which sucks, because I hate updating my blog on my phone. Whatever. There are far worse things that can happen. And who knows, perhaps I can find someone to fix it for me.
I have a new foster puppy, though to be honest this might be my first foster failure.
Her name is Sylvie. She's a cattle dog mix and she's adorable. She's also extremely smart and oddly calm for a 10 week old puppy.
In other news...
Work has been going well. I worked a Friday night shift for the first time this past weekend and I must say that the spectacle alone was worth going in for a second shift that day. The energy was completely different than it is during the week. There were all sorts of different people there. Boyfriends brought their girlfriends and vice versa. There were entire groups of young guys hooting and hollering like bachelor herds of horny reindeer. A small Asian man 'made it rain' $100 on me. I made a hundred dollars in three minutes. I'm not used to that.
I hung out with a group of socially awkward nerdy guys there for a friends bachelor party. As a fellow socially awkward nerd I felt it was my duty to hang with them. Plus, talking about Star Wars while giving a lap dance is totally amazing.
Today was annoyingly slow. The other girls and I just sat on stage teaching each other things and occasionally fondling one another. It was like the beginning of a porno, except the porno part never happened.
We still had fun though.
