To be frank, I don't believe in making New Years resolutions.
You see, every day is a New Year. Every minute is a lesson, and every moment is a teacher. With every passing second you are a brand new person, so to make a resolution simply because the calendar says it's a new year seems rather silly to me. To wait to change is a recipe for disaster and screams of a lack of follow through. Hence, the crowded gyms in January quickly morph into ghost towns in February.
Simply put, I strive for self improvement with every failure I experience, every set back I come upon, and every shining success I manage to find. There is no need for any 'resolutions'.
