Hey friends and people of SG who stumble upon this,
I just want to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday last week.
It means a lot to me.
I'm still trying to make new friends and join more groups. Add me as a friend and let's chit chat.
On a personal note, yesterday sucked. It's the second time I've had this incredibly painful migraine that makes me so nauseous I actually
I can't quit put my finger on why they have been so bad but I hope they don't become chronic. Aside from the migraines, I also have a hemorrhoid and that is a literal pain in the ass. If anyone has suggestions on how to make them go away, please let me know.
Thanks Everyone,
iamnerdd

Re: Migraines... if you're suddenly getting migraines or they're different than they used to be... you should see a doctor immediately. Any change in headaches needs to be evaluated. Just to be safe. They can become chronic if not properly treated with either abortive medications or preventative medications. They can give you a variety of meds for the nausea too.
Stay hydrated, get enough sleep, and pay attention to the days you have them... what's the weather like? Barometric pressure and temperature changes can trigger them, as can a variety of foods, alcohol, etc.
I hope you feel better.
