It's been a while since I've updated. I hardly feel like I have anything to post, either on here or on LJ. Whatever.
I'm going to England tomorrow. That should be fun. I'll be there for 10 days with my Dad. We'll probably see my myriad aunts and uncles and my grandmother. I know we talked about wandering around Cambridge and Oxford, so that would be an interesting college tour.
I'm excited for it, I am, but it's hard to know what to expect when I know there is a plan set up by my dad and I haven't been back there for 8 years. It feels different than if I was just going there on my own to travel and see things. It'd be different in a lot of other scenarios. I just don't want to go halfway around the world and end up sitting in a room watching TV (Telly?). Hopefully that won't happen. I think I most looking forward to seeing my uncle's Golf TDi, and if we go out that way, going on a day long walk out in Priston (I dare you to find it on a map). I like the fact that there isn't any distinction between public and private land, as far as farms go and stuff. It just sort of blends together. You just learn/know to respect property and all that. It's quite different.
In other news: The job is working out well, they want to hire me on permanently, so that's kind of cool. I get loaded up with benefits and stuff. Anyone need a car for cheap?
