right click on the photo to pull up the properties menue and then highlight the URL address and copy it. then click image on the journal update page and insert the URL.

The trick is to get the URL of the actual image you want, and not the URL of the page displaying it.

On a PC, you right-click on the image and select the option that lets you view the image in its own window. Your image URLs are most likely going to end with .jpg, like so:
