I've been busy studying for my final exam on Friday. Busy busy busy. I have mixed feelings about next week when I go back home to Palm Beach County.
It will be nice to see my family since I haven't seen them in a while but i know my mom will make me cut my hair haha. My hair in the profile pic is pretty tame compared to how it looks most of the time hehe. I'll have to post pics of it.
I'm also not looking forward to going to church three fucking times while I'm down there. We are going to regular church service this sunday and next sunday and then for the Father's Day breakfast.
Last time I was back home I was only there for one sunday and I lied about being sick to get out of it hehe. But I don't know how I can get out of going three times though. I think I'm just going to drop some vicodin right before going to make the services somewhat tolerable haha.
The other day I was talking to my sister on the phone and we started talking about politics and poverty in the US. And then at one point in the conversation she said, word for word "Well if black people don't like it here then they can just move back to Africa!"
I was so shocked I didn't know what to say back. It's funny how someone as well educated as my sister (she has masters degree in History) could still spurt out ignorant KKK slogans.
I went out to a bar last night with my roommate. He accidently knocked over a half pitcher of beer right on my crotch. That was a buzz kill.
Afterwards we went to Krispy Kreme and we ate our donuts outside of the store. While we were eating this middle age man drives up and sits down next to us all panicing.
He said that he was driving up north to see his daughter who was in the emergency room hospital but didn't have enough gas money and needed about 7 more dollars to get there. My friend give him a dollar and I gave him two. After taking our money he doesn't go inside the store to ask for more money but instead just drove off. He fucking hustled us!
He was all acting too pretending like he was about to break into tears and everything. He probably used that money to buy some crack rocks, asshole!
