hum.. so the learning Japanese is going slow, but I have a couple of Japanese penpals that are really helping me out. I think I'm gonna have to go to school soon if I really do wanna be able to make a move.
The Jogging is going good. I feel like in the last couple of days I have really been able to add on some extra distance, even if it is small. Also the weight lifting is going ok too, although I'm still mostly working on form, I'm already starting to see a difference.
so as of now.. I started out at 181 lbs, and at my lowest I've hit 157 1/2 ... my goal is 155, but damn these fluctuations.
