Ack, well I thought I was ready to get back on here, but I'm way behind in commenting again! I'll try to get caught up, I promise!
I've had my dog Brody for almost 7 years, and in that time I've heard him howl at a passing siren maybe 3 times total, he only does it once in a blue moon, but on Friday he was outside on the patio when an ambulance or something went by and I heard him howl, so I grabbed my camera and ran! I had to film him through my front door (luckily it's glass
), but I was pleased to no end to catch him in the act!
SurlyMike and I took a very quick trip down to Portland this weekend to watch the fabulous Dmac perform in a drum corps before the Rose City Rollers roller derby. Dmac is so completely awesome and fun to hang out with! I wish we lived even an hour closer! The derby was great, and afterwards we went to a pirate themed bar and restaurant that serves 100% vegan food, how odd is that?!
After the derby Mike and I drove by one of the coolest neon hotel signs ever!
One of my all time favorite movies is The Warriors, and one of my favorite SGs is Nemesis, how great is it that she did a Warriors set?
And how sucky is it that is was rejected?!

1. its sort of a silly name on its own. but it works well with my last name. but i would prefer something sophisticated and exotic...like paloma or angelica.
2. finish my spanish workbooks.
