I haven't been on SG much lately so sorry if I'm lacking in the response department (I have a temporary roommate from Mexico, so will have to share my computer a bit)! I thought I should at the very least update my journal though! Last weekend I went kayaking on Lake Union with some friends, it was so fun! And a spectacularly beautiful day!!!

Any idea what that is in the tree? Some woodland creature napping in the sun, I'm guessing a raccoon.
and lastly a very pretty flowering tree, I love Seattle most of the year, but spring is just so great!!! Can you spot the bumblebee?
This weekend the new roomie and I will meet SurlyMike for a yummy vegan breakfast and then we're off to the University District Street Fair. I was hoping to have a yard sale, but every time I plan one it rains, and this weekend looks to be no different!
So a question for you all, do you like yard sales? Have you ever been to one? Had one? What is one of your favorite finds? Or what are you in search of when you stop at a yard sale?
If you don't like that question then how about this one...
What famous person would you most like to get naked and have your way with?

i saw the "what famous person..." and immediately thought of Walt Whitman because he's the famous person living or dead with whom i'd love to have lunch, but then i read the rest of the question and i really don't think i'd want to see him naked. thanks, though.
and that certainly does look like a lovely weekend. as soon as i get a couple more minutes, i'm going to post my pretty weekend pictures. ah, spring. i bet you guys are several weeks behind us though since you're so far north... most of our flowering trees are all leafed out now.
and how do you have a roommate from mexico? did Bush okay that?
