I've spent the last 4 days filling sandbags, shovelling mud, and removing fallen branches. We are getting a little break in the weather today, but it looks like another storm will hit by morning. We lost power for awhile. I'm back at my desk this morning and wish I was still in bed. Mondays.. blah..

I love the solitude in the morning ... it's my favorite time to run. It always amazes me how few people actually take advantage of the trails, but I'm not going to say anything .... I like it that way. I should check out that movie... thanks
