I was at work today when as I was awlking along, I saw an older gentleman hanging around the sales floor looking a little odd. He had a dvd in his hand and he turned and entered into another aisle. I decided to find out what was going on. As I was looking at the guy from an undisclosed location, I watched him put the DVD into his jacket. After seeing this, I walked behind the gentleman and... this is the part where I tell you that I happen to do undercover security work full time... as he exited the store, I confronted him. At first, I thought he was gonna try to push past me but when my backup arrived, he gave it up. Well, we got him into the office and I found out that this guy had over $200 on him and that not only was he 67 and should have known better, he also said that he had a nephew who was a police officer... YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!! Who is gonna be that stupid. I also found a book on him which was not paid for. A dvd and a book. $35.00... When all of those factors had to play a part in the sorrowful state of realizing that we send people to jail for thiat sort of stuff... And the moral of this story is... Don't do stupid shit...
Just figure I would give you a good story for once. Funny, but sad at the same time.
