See, i'm good up to the halfway mark, and then what i wanted to say was "if that doesnt work, then i hate your guts and you can die", but i dont know her that well so i wussed out and stuttered my way to a lame goodbye.
On a positive note, the first lame message i left (which was much worse than the above), she still called back and didn't sound too dis-interested.
