you know, i think i may have to be done with tequila for a while.
some folks say that whiskey makes them crazy and i don't feel the effects that way but tequila, oh that is another story all together!
so let me relate what happened to you all. this is a moment of shame for me, but i figure everyone can laugh along as i do the same.
first up, a dozen or so of us got together for a good wholesome college activity: drinking a gallon of cheap tequila. i'm not that big a drinker so i figured on being one big shit show by my fifth shot. as it happened it took more like nine, at which point this gal i kinda know took advantage of me. it wasn't all that bad, i guess, but i'm sad to say the extent of the fight i put up was refusing to go into the dark corner by planting my ass on the ground. and puking, i did some of that to fight her off, too...
anyway, i went to puke- once of two bouts- and then passed out cold hugging the toilet. i woke up at some ungodly hour and slowly worked my way to standing. my head was still spinning but i made a valiant effort and got to a couch, where i slept until i realized my motorbike was about to be towed. fun times.
now i wasn't the only one, by any means. my buddy isaac passed out in front of some random door in the hall, my friend adrian actually got to bed (gasp!) but his girlfriend made it to... the hall floor. others were spread randomly throughout the apartment building in various stages of drunkenness. basically a solid outing, if you ask the frat folks.
other than that i've developed an electrical poltergeist on my motorcycle, put in a fresh headlamp, am waiting on a fresh master cylinder and a basic rebuild kit for the front caliper, begun a knit hat for a friend of mine and purchased more frisbee golf discs than i can afford. you know, the usual.
i'll ask you all a few questions now, because i'm a curious guy when you get right down to it.
1. where is your very most beloved concert venue?
2. what is your favorite river? why?
3. what brought you to the city you're in now?

I want to see a concert at Red Rocks so badly!
1. The Greek in Los Angeles
2. hmmmmm, I don't think I have a favorite river, not off the top of my head anyway.
3. the lack of heat and smog and the surplus of trees and mountains.
Hope you're doing well!
