got my assignment. I will be in CPS Investigations. its a start, and there's opportunities for movement. also got my work phone. so feel like I've arrived now!
yeah, that's all...time to hit the gym. want to change up things in my routine. 1/2 hour weights and 1/2 cardio each day. anyone know a good routine or something for me to do? or where I can find one? I plan on a 6 day a week routine.
and got an offer from my Mom....buy her Jeep for about $5000. its a 2005 Jeep Liberty Limited with 4WD and 120,000 miles. I'm seriously considering i.
that's it...what about you?

As for the Jeep, something to consider - how much do you drive? I have a long ass commute and my car gets 28 mpg on the highway. And that's not enough. My brother has a Prius (he's leasing it for $250/mo) and doing the math, I'd be saving about $200/month in gas alone if I drove that instead.
But if your commute isn't too bad, then it doesn't matter. I have a larger vehicle because my former drummer didn't have a car and I had to drive his ass around and carry both my amp/guitars & his drums.
As for working out, all routines are good routines. I'd start out with a half hour of cardio then do a half hour of weights, which is exactly what you're doing. Of course, do NOT do the same weights right after another. You might want to alternate between body parts. Like maybe arms and shoulders one day then legs and stomach the next. Most importantly, you're working out. That's what matters.
