Thank you!!! for telling that story. That is completely horrible that Duke was ordered to be put down completely unfair that the couple with the dog tormenting the larger breed gets to keep their family member even though it was obviously the problem.

I think more investigations should be put into these kinds of attacks and rehabilitation is always possible!

I know of so many actual red zone cases that have been rehabilitated back into family pets. just because of one bite, it just doesn't make sense.

Some people have already lied and told my landlord that Kingston bit the other dog who lives where I am moving from. But it was actually the german sheppard mix who bit Kingston...almost got him good, but I yelled pretty loud and scared the shit out of the bigger dog. This dog is unwalked, crated all day, never paid any attention to, forgotten to give water to, goes weeks without walks... yep, and my dog obviously attacked this well-balanced dog! my dog who is walked every day, played with till he can't go anymore, well socialized and wrestles with other dogs, has had no problem with many dogs coming up on the street and is literally THE sweetest, good-natured dog I've ever met totally bit the other super well-balanced dog...UH HUH.

I'm so livid about it actually, but hey, it's not worth it
