Hello everyone, hope you are all well π
Today I came to tell you about the last trip I took to the city of Holambra.
Holambra is a Brazilian municipality in the state of SΓ£o Paulo founded on July 14, 1948 by Dutch immigrants.
The name Holambra is a combination of the names of the two countries, Holland and Brazil.
Holambra is also known as the city of flowers because it produces 40% of Brazil's flowers and ornamental plants. π±π»πΉπ·
Holambra is also rich in history and culture. π
Considered one of the symbols of Holland alongside the tulips and mills, the clog is also part of the typical Dutch costume.
The windmills are also symbols of Holland. This mill in the photo is functional and grinds up to 3 types of grains and I got into it π±π
Now, here are some pictures from a traditional festival in the city called "Expoflora" πΈπ
This blog was a little long but I hope you enjoyed the update and believe me, this is not even half of the photos I took ππ
