I'm a good cook, but I got a hold of a piece of Cobia that's making me want to run-n- 
I'm currently burning all available incense and candles. There is no getting away!
It just wasn't cooking up right at ALL. And usually Cobia is a VERY mild fish (firm and white) with a subtle lemon flavor. I didn't dare taste it.
