There is something to be said for the classic Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup. Not, the healthy choice or reduced sodium or any other kind of modification, no matter how well meaning the change. No, we like the original salty kind with barely a hint of chicken and loaded with mushy egg noodles!
I've got a touch of tummy ickies today, so I'm chillin in bed. I've done a lot of running around the last few days and I've also eaten/drunk a lot of shit that I had NO business touching. So my body is giving me the big F.U. and is making me stay put.
So in the meantime, my best friend is hot herbal tea and chicken soup.
I think I need to go on my no wheat/milk diet for a week and let my body relax. Yogurt is ok, as it cottage cheese, but no liquid milk, no bread. I feel very unbalanced.
