ok, so tonight after work i;m driving home and there's this big flash on the horizon and i dont know what it was, but there were no clouds for a lightning strike and it was too late for fireworks.
so i was driving after that and i passed a pickup truck on a gravel road intersecting the one i was on and when i passed it, the truck sped up and came after me. i outran it in my hot rod lincoln but i was going too fast and missed my turn onto my road so i kept going, came to the end of the road i was on, turned around and here comes the truck, delayed i guess because i think they thought i turned when my brake lights came on and then had ot turn around.
as i passed the truck the second time, i saw brakes and reverse lights and headlights approaching way too fast, and then i turned into my road tv-style with a 4-wheel drift and if anyone has ever seen a lincoln continental do that, it is a sight to behold.
so i tear ass to my house, pull in, and i should have waited to go inside because i tripped the motion sensor light when i went inside and the truck pulled into the driveway and sat with their headlights on my car and then left. thing is, i heard the truck going down the road and they went a 5 mile distance impossibly fast, like as in 5 miles in about 3 minute son the same gravel roads. my dad said he could hear the truck on a road across flint river which takes that aforementioned five miles to get to, and the truck was roaring down that road.
what's fucked up is 1) it;s illegal for the sherrifs to pursue on gravel due to personal safety concerns, kind of like it;s illegal to chase over 120 mph.
2) my sister got home a few hours later and said she saw a ford ranger (you know, the MINI TRUCK with sherrif markings. what do you do with a police vehicle with no detention area for detainees?!?
3) what the fuck were they doing just driving around the gravel at 11pm on a wednesday?
fuckin weirdos. i bette rnot get a call or a letter form the sherrifs because i WILL get it struck down in court. fuck those guys, i hope all their vehicles explode with fiery death and pain.
argh.
