so yeah, update time.
the show went okay. we were told we'd have a half hour to play and the two and a half hour drive for that seemed a little out of wack, but we arrived and two bands cancelled so we played an almust full set at one hour. we got to do all the good songs we love, plus the other ones we don't always have time to play. we didn't play either of the two new ones though. one is melodic with me playing piano throughout the song, as opposed to an intro or interlude. the other new one is the heaviest shit ever written, with some wicked harmonies and distorded bass power chords. sweet stuff indeed. oh, and patrick will literally melt the audience's face with the friction from his fingers on the second solo.
uh, so yeah. we had the three shitty demo songs up before, but now we've takedn the instrumental song down and added two live tracks, a little more indicative of our sound. "Caustic" is from the xmg show in chicago in april, and "circadia" is from a month or two ago at an outdoor stage in fort madison called "sidelines sports bar."
check them out and a new picture as well from the xmg show. it's the last on eadded, and i'm in the powder blue suede jacket.
