I never thought it possible but I feel like I can't read another book. Not even a comic or graphic novel. This could be attributed to the fact that I've read a dozen or more books this summer and my boring jobs can be blamed for the amount of literature I've read because if my boss would have allowed me to crochet while on-the-job I... For many years I've had trouble reading. I usually find it difficult to concentrate long enough to read anything of substance. Which really sucks because I love books. I have thousands. Literally. And I keep buying more, even though I will never have enough time to read them all.
I pretty much only read non-fiction, but they all tend to be books that present information in very small bites, so I can read them more easily. There's a series of books published by Mental Floss, a great magazine. They're basically trivia, for lack of a better description. Most of the books present the information in small bits, but the newest, The Mental Floss History of the World is actually more long-form, but I'm slowly working my way through it.
You were so cute, but I couldn't find someone named Hambone here.
I must have forgotten the sweets part of it. Oops!
Because I couldn't find you here, I didn't mention you in my blog entry about the gala. Although that may be for the best since my story about you was funny and sweet, but maybe teasing too.
It really was great meeting you. You're very cute. But I'm very shy and have trouble talking to good-looking women when I meet them.
I'm excited about the Toronto trip. I don't know how we're getting up there yet, because I'm going with siamkittie, but I'm sure we'll sort it out soon.
We looked up taking one of the classes but theyre 600 dollars and you have to learn all this other shit too. We just wanted to sword swallow and fire breath, fuck shoving nails up our nose and getting out of straight jackets, borringg.
Even though my last post was fab, it was about a month ago. So I'll just refer you to it if you haven't seen it yet. If you want to see some pretty cool anti-propaganda art by a Korean artist, look it up.
The weather here in NY is as finicky as it is in GA, although it's not getting as hot up here as... Read More
Oh mann, I just assumed when I left she would tooo. She was so brutal. Me and Lauren went to the mods show for a bit then when we came back couldn't find you, were tired and a bit drunk so bailed. Sorry love.
Honestly, I've been better...I have a lot going on right now, things I never thought I'd have to deal with...so i'm kinda in shambles. Ugh...Life sucks
I had a good time this weekend. Was a bum for part of it, worked for part of it, then partied for part of it. My boy Craig and I went to the city on Saturday. Headed down Greenwich Village way. Unfortunatley missed our 1am train so we had to wait around the station til 3am, and with all the drunken bitches in the station... Read More
I wish I could go on a road trip to Georgia! That sounds like fun, actually.
I saw the protesters on the news, too. Most of the students were pissed at them for being so disruptive, and they just kind of partied, or that's what it looked like.
