I had a shitty day at work yesterday, was on the phone with our check company for around 3 hours to get our machine re-programmed. I don't mean to sound mean, but if you work in a phone-bank and it's your job to talk people through complex things....the least you could do is try to enunciate...I had a guy get mad at me and send me to hold Limbo for 1/2 an hour because I couldn't understand a word he said. He just mumbled and slurred his words(maybe he was drunk), worst of all, he was American...just an idiot
