I went to the art supply store today and spent way to much money on really great stuff. I got some frames for my paintings, a couple of $100 frames for $35 each. Prisma colors, canvas, brushes. Now im so broke. At least I work a lot this week.
Over Christmas I went to the "Neck" Parade. It was terrifying. A bunch of hillbillies, or Neck Gators, as they would like to be called all dress up riding around in make-shift cars pulling things like outhouses with sayings such as "Office: Paper work in progress" written on them. There were lots of little old ladies pulling wagons full of moonshine and homemade wine to buy. It was an interesting time. I wonder why they dont advertise this on the news? Only in South Carolina.
