for someone who works with electronic music, it appears that i'm pretty much a luddite when it comes to the computer music side of things. fortunately i have friends who know more than me, and they're helping me out, bit by bit, as each new seemingly unsurmountable stumbling block rears its ugly head. i just want everything to be set up properly so i can get back to making music.

I bet you're learning a ton. I find situations like that, where I feel like I'm out in deep water, I tend to look back later and realize how alive I felt.

I forgot to ask you before I left, who does that cover of "Can't Get You Out of My Head", which you played tonight? I don't know why, but it struck me as rather interesting.
