So sorry my friends. It's been a week since my last blathering.
What have I been up to, you ask?
Not too much.
Plenty.
Wed I got weighed & measured at the gym. The scale hasn't budged, but maybe that is because I've gained a total of 11.5 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks. So far I've also lost a total of 8% body fat, 2 inches from my waist, 3 inches from my hips & 1 1/4 inches from my bust. Woohoo!
Thurs I spent the morning fucking "Danger Boy" before I got my hair cut. I have such a love/hate relationship with him. He is a Leo (a fellow fire sign) and I am drawn to his charisma, but he is too needy for me at times. ( Yes, even attention whores like myself have limits on neediness.)
Fri I had my tattoo appointment. The pain was minimal that day. Probably because I had so much emotional baggage to deal with that it counteracted the physical pain. I cried practically the whole time I was there ( from 1:00pm- 7:30pm). Just hypersensitive and over emotional that day I guess. As I was driving home, I heard a song on the radio I haven't heard in ages. It got me thinking. THAT made me cry too! Later that night I got my period.
Today I took my boys to a birthday party and then came home and sat in the sunshine. Tonight we saw the movie RV and then for dinner we made pizza
