Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful birthday wishes! I hit the big double nickel today. I really appreciate all of the kind thoughts. Birthdays are always fun and exciting, but once you get to be a creepy ol guy like me, its getting to the next one that really matters

We were planning on a little early season barbeque, but the rain and clouds had other ideas. Thats okay; much fun and frolic on tap for later tonight and tomorrow!

Heres a photo of my favorite gift I received it a couple of weeks prior to the big event.



My friends bought it one morning and then carted it around half of Florida for the rest of the day. I love it.

One of these days Ill take a picture of my second favorite present. I sort of have to wait for the right occasion to wear it, though.
