Friday was a perfect spring day and I spent the afternoon in the wilds of Connecticut. The vernal ponds were packed with newly emerged frogs, and the hollows literally echoed with their exuberant singing. I spent a couple of hours communing with the hawks at one of my favorite summits.
I dont have much planned for this weekend but Im sure that something will turn up. Im looking forward to Monday in Manhattan and New York Whisky Live at Pier Sixty. Happy people, single malts, great music (my friends MacTalla M'or) and plentiful food - a winning combination.
