Nice to hear from you again! Yes, he is bisexual, but I reckon he only goes for women for a bit of variety during his immortal existence. I'm not able to comment on his taste in men - my straightness precludes me - but they all look pretty handsome to me!

I've nearly finished The Death of Innocents. Fascinating statistics. First of all, you have to kill a white person to get the death penalty. If you're black as well, that will be a hugely significant factor. Secondly, 12 states deal out over 80% of the sentences. Texas seemed to be going for some sort of record as to how many people it can kill in a year. Shocking facts - the big parties Baton Rouge prosecutors throw when they secure a death sentence. And, believe it or not, prosecutors wearing Grim Reaper ties in court. You couldn't make it up.
liathach:
Oh, so do I, so do I!

But, he keeps cropping up! As well as Torchwood (a bit more adult), we have the Sarah Jane Adventures on children's TV, and the Doctor is appearing in an episode of that. Plus, we still have a Christmas special to come!

I cannot bear the thought of Terry Giliam's run of bad luck continuing..and I completely empathise with how you feel, and sympathise...but thank you very much for saying hi! all the best to you, and take care smile

more wonderful pictures again, as usual! You have a great eye. I saw ( well, saw half of actually) a great film yesterday. Caller Night Watch, a russion film from 2004, it had some amazing imagery in it, i'm jsut going to have to go and look it up and see if i can find a copy on ebay. You can't beat sitting and escaping into a good film.... it's strange, books i have a hard time with.... i go through very rare times when i just read and read all the time, but then just stop.... and i only read like a couple of books, over and over again... just some Robert Heinleim ... and some trashy sci fi... with a few odd ones thrown in. Have you ever heard of a (scottish i think) guy called Alastair Grey? Look him up, he writes very strange books.
:o)

He was an absolute hoot. He had everyone convinced that my mother beat him. As they would head out the front door - he would cower and yell "stop hitting me". He was 6'2" tall and 250 pounds. My mom was 5'5" and 160 pounds and as gentle as a lamb. It was ludicrous.

This was the guy who would stage abductions, one time he had the entire County Police department looking for an abducted girl - some farmer called it in - it was all a hoax. They sat at home and listened to the police radio just busting a gut. I know it was irresponsible. Probably why I trod the straight and narrow today - after living through some of that.

As a teenager he tried to get one girl's attention by dynamiting the tree in her front yard.

He didn't want anyone to mourn his passing. If he's anywhere reading this he's just laughing his head off. I know it seemed irreverent - but that's who and what he was.

The 3 Sister method worked to an extent.
The weather was not too condusive for a good garden.
The maize came in but small ears. I leave it in the husk and
put on the top rack of the grill. Give it 15 min or so, then while
beast finishes grilling, shuck the corn and place back on top
rack until beast finishes. Good sans butter, but better with.
The beans never showed up. The pumpkin vines had lots of flowers
had 1 good batch of 'squash flower' fritters. Only 1 pumpkin @ 7".
At the end of the asperegres bed the butternut squash have several
getting to good size squash. Peas and zuchini failed. Onions app.
size of a large walnut. Tomato's hardly worth the effort.

Your secret is safe with me. There's no need to get into it, but the Sox manager made a couple of tactical errors that probably cost them the game. I pointed them out to my daughter at the time.

The game was played in a steady rain from start to finish. Another of too many tough losses by the Sox this season. While i'm not giving up, I can see that they don't have enough to make the playoffs this year. Their future is very bright however for many reasons.

I appreciate the good thoughts. Thanks for the early wheather forecast for Friday. It's always agreat event for me.

I have to pay you a compliment. I've noticed that you are able to make so many diversified friends here. Not only are you a great guy, but you're very knowledgeable about so many things. My interests are much narower than yours.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with the group of friends i've made here. It's that I sometimes wish I could have more of an ability to branch out to others by having more diverse interests.

Have a great day.

Thank you, friend. The picture of your hill looks kinda Peruvian. Coyote song should start around here when it cools off again, I'm almost with it enough not to run indoors and bolt and lock everything up when I hear it. I'm very in touch with my primal inner self.

Grayb the American Gypsy? Rollin with the seasons, on the road gaining insight into the Flying Dutchman of the American Dream, somehow that sounds very Kerouac and very appropriate.

Something very strange happened when I was driving home this afternoon. A deer came out of the woods and ran right in from of my car. Thats nothing out of the ordinary it happens all the time around here. What made this particular occurrence so weird was that the deer was nearly totally white. I dont think it was a true albino I believe I...
