I suppose my database management class is as good of a place as any to update my blog.
This weekend was tiring but pretty interesting. The Chimera/Dragonforce/Killswitch Engage show on Friday night was a great time. Within the first thirty seconds of the second band (Chimera), I watched in awe as some kid walked right into the fist of another kid who was flailing in the pit, subsequently getting knocked out cold. It took five of us to carry him out (big guy), and he was out for a good two minutes before he came to and couldn't remember who he was, where he was, or what year it was. So we called in the medical detail, meanwhile another kid comes outside; again, completely unconscious. He eventually comes around, and as they are being led into the ambulance, some girl walking up the sidewalk keels over and starts having a seizure. So ultimately, we sent three people away in one ambulance. It was epic.
The rest of the show was relativley uneventful except for the 12 or so person brawl that we had to break up.
On Saturday, Papa Roach was... well, painfully boring.
Last night, I didn't get home from my friends place until 4am, and the fucking radiator in my room was making noises like someone was wailing on it with an aluminum baseball bat, so I didn't fall asleep until sometime around 6, and I got up at 9 to get to class. Suffice to say, I am completely exhausted.
P.S. Database Management is boring.
