My ass is on fire. Or, more accurately, my sciatic area is snugged against an inferno-like heating pad. Apparently, I lifted one too many heavy things yesterday. Or lifted them incorrectly. Or Mars and Neptune aligned. In any case, I can't tie my shoes.
