Vegan breakfast is easy at home, difficult when eating out at a non-veggie restaurant. Any bread product can be made vegan: pancakes, waffles, muffins. Hashbrowns, tofu scramble, veggie meats, oatmeal, cereal... there are lots of choices.
You'd think after the 3rd bad beat in an evening, I'd shut it down 'til another day. But no, I had to go in *one more time*, only to get beaten down like a red-headed stepchild. That was definitely one of the more miserable evenings i've had in a while.
