i always thought my daughter would take care of me when i get to my twilight years...you know live in the basement..but i think its going to be the other way around..i'll be taking care of her and(husband,boyfriend )when im 70...she still has no job..no license...and not going to school(college)...but she is my baby girl 
Good luck. Not sure what kind of job she is looking for but you can always pick up applications and turn them in for her
