At the end of my shift tonight... around 11ish... I had what I think was a panic attack. My stomach was all butterflies and my chest felt very very tight... I felt like I had to throw up... just overall awfulness....
I'm not sure why.... I'm not sure what is going on with me.... There are things bothering me - things I just shouldn't have gone looking into.... I know better....

I've had two panic attacks. One was while I was driving. Not fun at all. I always heard they were like heart attacks, but didn't believe it until I had one. Never had a heart attack, but I got myself to the hospital real quick after the first one.
